Some candidates break the distance in communication and ask personal questions to the interviewer, this will not play into the hands. When applying for a job, you need information about the company, not about the HR manager.
A couple of tips on how to conduct a conversation and prepare for a conversation with a potential employer or HR.
Prepare for a conversation. Read the job posting carefully and make sure you understand the requirements for candidates. Prepare answers to questions you may be asked.
Be professional. Use professional vocabulary and maintain the proper tone. Remember that an HR manager is a professional who is looking for ways to evaluate your qualifications.
Show initiative. Ask questions about the company and vacancies, show interest in the job. This will help you stand out from other candidates.
Be honest. Don't try to hide your flaws or exaggerate your experience. An HR manager can easily detect false information and this can lead to you not getting a job.
Be enthusiastic. Show that you are interested in the job and strive to succeed in the company.
Show flexibility. Show that you can adapt to change and are willing to work in a variety of situations. This can make you a more valuable employee.
Show the results of your work. Provide examples of your projects and prove that you can achieve results and add value to the company.
